Show number of products problem

Hello

I have a Magento 1.9 site with JM_Summer template. It was installed using quickstart.

I have set my products per page on grid / list allowed values to be 20, 40, 80, 120
In Backend admin/configuration/catalog/frontend

On a computer the choice on the category page is 16, 32, 48, 50
On an iPad the choice is 6 only?

Can someone advise me how to correct this please?
