Third party script installation issue (URGENT!!)


I have verified one of my domains which use your theme and can add products manually, but when I installed a script which can enable me to bulk import the attributes and pictures, the sample data disappeared. When I tried to bulk import the products using the script, I found the products that I added manually disappeared as well.

What is wrong? Can I use the third party script on your themes? If yes, how to resolve the above issue? If not, how to bulk import the attributes and pictures on your themes?

Please reply me ASAP, as it is an urgent issue.
