Are there any requirements such as licenses of some sort that I will need to get from magento.com before I can proceed with an quickstart installation from ubertheme? I am only interested in the developers package from ubertheme, so if I do not have to purchase any additional licenses, then I would like to purchase. For some reason, I was just under the impression, that I have to go to magento.com, get licenses to use their product, and ubertheme would just be a membership to give me access to the templates.
If this process is fairly simple like joomlart developers package, then this is exactly what I am looking for in terms of a shopping cart. I am skilled enough to workout the odds and ends on the back end. š

A: No. Once you purchase our products, you get full license to use our product, including the quick start installation. In case you purchase any 3rd party products which are not included in our products, additional license will be needed depending on such specific providers.

A: Magento does have Magento Enterprise Edition (Paid) and Community Edition (Free). If you go with Community version on which our products are based, than license on our site is all you need.
