Why has my homepage been reformatted

For some reason my homepage has re-formatted itself?? I have tried flushing cache, re-indexing etc….
The menu bar has lost its background and the block at the base of the page have been re-arranged.

I set chmod for all files in the /skin/frontend/default/jm_travelgear/wavethemes/jmbasetheme/profiles and your site works fine,

I’m Not sure. Maybe your hosting change permission or you are upgraded the Magento to the new version. For next time please take care for everything.
