Is there a way to update "col_left_callout.jpg" from the Magneto Admin?

I don’t think it is possible to update that image from back-end.

It would be great if we could update this image from Magento admin (just like JM Slideshow extension)
 
What we are trying to do is get a series of images to appear at random on page load. Is this possible?
