After installation of Data migration tool, the link is available in Magento backend. However, clicking on the link generates a 404 Page Not Found.
The page is not found in the frontend either. What more information do you need?

The module is installed as instructed. The permissions are set to 777. The page is still not found

It seems your web server uses Nginx.
The issue you mentioned has been solved in our premium version -- UB Data Migration Pro that we released two weeks ago.
