Thank you. I have upload on the FTP in the root directory the theme jm_flannel, in the magento i have program the jm_flannle as the new theme. the url is http://www.gitup.ca the admin is under http://www.gitup.ca/admin2 with stefanie as user and stef9876 as passw.
After installing magento, we have copied the app and skin folder in root to replace the magento default. Inthe magento admin we do not see the tab for your template in either to program it. i have tried different things, this is my 3rd magento site but do not see where i could be wrong. I notice the template in the default folder is 1 folder further than my other ones as i have http://www.glob-all.ca
i can not attach a print screen from this chat it seems.

You are missing copy the extensions to root. Please try to do it. also please install one quickstart version and see the config on it.
If you can’t do, please buy the services customize setup I will help you more.

I am so disappointed with my purchase. Nowhere you ask to be a HTML Pro to operate correctly this template. I wasn’t expecting that end but I want a total refund.
