Any Images are not loading after installing jm-pixeri using kickstart

Hi Admin

I bought JM-pixeri template. I installed it using quickstart method. But after installation, any of the product images are not loading. Please check my URL that i posted. I need help urgently.

Note : i bought this template for domain http://www.miteshkoradia.co.in but as of now i m using it for testing purpose on (http://mypreskool.clod5.com/jmtc_pixeri/) is that the root cause?

HI Mitesh,

Try to check the base url to your image folder in Backend > System > Configuration > Web > Secure and UnSecure section, make sure that you input correct base url.

If issue still persist, also check the permission of images folder, by default, permissions for file: 644 and folder: 755.

Hi Saguaros,

Thank you for your reply. I checked base URL in backend. its value is http://mypreskool.clod5.com/jmtc_pixeri/. Looks fine to me.
All folder permission is 777.

any other issue you see?

Hi,

I just checked my site. It is opening but it is taking time to load. You can wait for some time. I just sent reply to ticket that i raised with Admin login details.

http://mypreskool.clod5.com/jmtc_pixeri/admin you can use for backend login.

I’m sorry but I cannot access your site from my end and also try to connect your web server through FTP client but it failed.
