I have uploaded all the files from my zip that has been downloaded from your website

There has been an error processing your request
Exception printing is disabled by default for security reasons.

I see your site working fine now.
Seem you have missing run the command: bin/magento setup:upgrade after upload this tool to your web root.
and you have run that command and the issue was solve in your site.
