How do i get this editor?
Hi Friend,
You can access your back-end > Site > Global Configuration and change the Default WYSIWYG Editor to Editor-TyniMCE

Yes but when i do that i don’t get that extended view 🙁

I am not sure what you meant ! I think you can make some change on the setting to get the editor extend !
You need to be on magento 1.4 What is your magento version ?
