How to download extensions

hello
I have bought Haga theme with extensions. I downloaded theme, psd file, and quickstart but I have problem width download of extensions.
I tried it on 2 computers from different localizations and the same, download is ok, but downloaded file is 0 bytes and error during unzipping file.
Could check it?
