Default selection is wrong

I have menu with 4 elements:

  • (cms=home)
  • category
  • (cms)
  • (cms)

first one (cms=home) selected in magento as default page.
Nevertheless if i enter the shop i see 2nd element selected, once i click on element 1, new page loads same content and 1st element selected.
Any ideas how i can repair it, so it display 1st element by default ?

I need a closer look to detect the root of the issue. Please provide me the url, admin , the screenshots and FTP credentials of your site.
