We wonder if you have another profile at Ubertheme. We could not keep track of any purchase associated with your current profile.
Please help to provide us the username of the paid profile you registered at Ubertheme. Alternatively, please help to send us the payment receipt via [email protected], we will follow up further with you then.

The only other profile I created was ftcycle, I looked on that profile and their is nothing under download.
I can contact Paypal and request refund and try to purchase again if that would make things easier. I have provided the invoice ID for your records.
