Hello!
Attempted to install the module today, but sadly when I go to the Content > UB Content Slider -- Manage Sliders, I get the above error message. I can go into the settings section with no issues and the site appears to be working fine.
I did previously have WeltPixel’s OwlCarousel installed, so I’m wondering if that is the problem.

That is strange. Did you do exactly steps to install our module as indicated in our guide? I need a closer look to detect the root of that issue. Let’s provide me information about your instance:
+ Admin credentials and URL to back-end
+ SSH credentials and path to M2 folder

I appreciate that, let me get you the credentials and I’ll get back to you.
I removed the extension completely and installed it again. It now works perfectly. I can only assume a file was damaged during transfer.
I do appreciate that the removal instructions are so clear, so I was able to start again from scratch!
