How did you install Jm Crafts theme? Did you install quick start package or install it manually?
Before install you should check Magento requirement by PHP script at https://www.dropbox.com/s/2zlzcjjp9gu9l5q/magento-check.php?dl=0
Let download it & upload to the web root folder & run it in browser by url: http://your_domain/magento-check.php
Also, you can PM me the FTP credential of your server, i will further check & help you out.
