It appears to be an error with regard to your designated database.
Did you install your template using a fresh/clean database?
Did you correctly identify your database info within the installation process?
(sometimes a simple mistake/omission like a hyphon or underscore can make all the difference)

I try different database name
I try to use an existing db or let joomla create a new one
If I chose to install demo data all things go well
But I need multi-language so I need to install an "empty" template
I have tested with both options:
+ Install fresh Joomla with JA University template
+ Install quickstart package with no sample data.
However, I could not see any the problem as you mentioned.
