Every now and then i’m experiencing this problem on my webshop budgetwijnen.nl
Fatal error: Call to a member function setParams() on a non-object in /home/budgetwi/public_html/app/code/local/Wavethemes/Jmmegamenu/Block/Jmmegamenu.php on line 49
The webshop goes completely offline. I know the emptying the var/cache is a temporarely solution. But does anybody know how to solve this permenantly ? I already installed patch 4755.

Did you install latest version of this module? The issue only come after you have run the patch 4755? How about it in last time?
Also, please tell me know where did you downloaded our JM Megamenu ext? We don’t find any information about your purchased.
