How to add a submenu to a sub menu of an existing

Support,
How do I create a submenu from another submenu under Author page? Site url is http://www.pwobcanada.org/magento. Please see an example below:
Author Page--is the main menu

  1. Author Center—-is a submenu under Author
    1. This opens to Author’s login page—--submenu under Author center
    2. Adult Fiction—--submenu under Author’s center

If you look at my page, you would notice that I was able to create a sub-menu but could not get another sub menu created off another to work. I will therefore need your urgent help on this.
