Hi,
I know that the home page can be edited from the CMS->pages, but where can i update the category pages? These are dynamic pages made for each added category.

@Abhishek,
You must create the new statics block and go to the category input to the Design tab content. Like the Masshead made from us. http://www.ubertheme.com/docs/masshead/
You can input for each category with the one static block you want. You can go to the docs Masshead and refer it.
