How to enable Place Order Button

Hi Darius,

How do I enable the Place Order Button when I’m using Store Credit as the payment method. Currently, that button doesn’t show. Please see video below for more details.

Please let me know which 3rd party extension you use for the Store Credit, I will check further into the Place Order button.
