When I put in my URL, I get a 500 error http://www.rtechcctv.com
I also cannot login into Magento backend. It was working until Wednesday so I do not understand what the problem is. I already contacted Bluehost and they said that it is from Magento side.

We had the site cleaned and the front end is back up but I can not access the admin back end. It gives the 500 error

Please re-check the ftp credential you are provided. I try upload a php file for test ‘mc.php’ to the webroot but it’s not working.

Seem it’s not a ftp credentials for webroot of the site at http://www.rtechcctv.com
