How to hide availability on tablet/smartphone

For magento store http://harrietshides.com -- Ubertheme Classy
I have installed a ‘call for price’ extension and it appears to be working well. Additionally, I have disabled stock management for the store and desktop version does not show availability or quantity.
However, on tablet, notebook and smartphone, quantity and availability still show; how can I disable/hide quantity and availability for smaller format devices?

Could you please more explain details?
I see in the desktop and mobile do not show the quantity and the availability like you said.
