I think I accidentally deleted my contact us page in Megamall theme. Please can you give me the code to create it again?
I have the static blocks already.

This is the screenshot of the pages already created to work in my site. As you can see, there is no Contact us page there. I think I deleted it by accident.

I found out there is no more Contact us page in the backend. It runs with the static blocks only and I found out how to show them in the frontend.
