We wonder if you have another paid profile at Ubertheme? We could not keep track of your payment. Our technical support requires active subscription though. 
 
Meanwhile, we wonder which migration module you’re using? We have an outdated script on Github which we no longer maintain. We also have a Lite version at Ubertheme, however this package is available for Magento 2.0.7 only. 
 
Please note that our UB Data Migration Pro module supports Magento CE 1x to Magento CE 2x only.
