We ran your Migration tool and everything worked but when we went to take a look at the products we noticed most of them ended up having hidden images. If you try to review the hidden image it shows that it doesn’t exist.

It seems you have enable the setting to ‘exclude’ those images in your M1 back-end. And after migrating to M2, they work as hidden productss images in line with the working rule of M2. Please check again.
