Hi there,
We wonder if you have another profile at Ubertheme. We could not keep track of the purchase associated with your profile. We’re sorry for this additional question since our technical support requires active subscription though.
If you’re using the Nginx server, please make sure you perform additional configuration as noted in the Readme manual (packed with your download package).
