I think the following packages are nice to me:

-CRAFTS 2.0 -- HANDMADE MAGENTO 2 THEME
They cost $407 in total. Is developer package more cost effective for me with same or even more in features? Or Developer package got limitations that I better buy them in separate?

Thanks for your interest in our products.
Since Magento 2, we no longer include Magento 2 extensions as free built-in add-on in the theme. Each theme will have base theme as standard release (refers to Standard Crafts version), and extensions need separated purchase.
For Developer Subscription, you have full access to all our 65+ Magento 1 themes (with built in addons) and all upcoming Magento 2 Standard themes (means base themes, without M2 extensions).
And for active Developer subscription, for sure you will have exclusive discount to purchase our M2 extensions.
In case you wish to purchase single theme, with M2 extensions, we have special discount as well. Do let me know which extension you will purchase, I will consider the best offer.
With such new change in our package release, you will have freedom in integrating our single theme or extensions into 3rd party products and vice versa.
