isHomePage() doesn't work correctly with store code

I have set "Add Store Code to Urls" to "yes" in admin->system->configuration->general->web->UrlOptions

Unfortunately, function isHomePage() in class JA_Tools doesn’t check if store code is used in the uri. Therefore, breadcrumbs are not showed when my user is on the home page with the store code in uri.

(magento 1.5.0.1 with last jm_easyshop template)
