For some reason since the last time I used it, the “Manage Menu Groups” in Admin for JM Mega Menu now produces an error 404. The JM Mega Menu “Settings” link still works however.
No development on my side so I’m not sure why its stop working. Does anyone know how I can re-point it back to the correct link?

Hi Adam,
It seems that you referred to Magento 1 theme. If that’s the case, we’re afraid that you need to handle the Magento 1-related issues (if any) at your end.
Due to our limited resources, we could not update Magento 1 products for long.
Thanks for your understanding.
