Hi,
I have followed the installation guide for the JM MageMall theme we have recently purchased, however when activating the theme as instructed our store fails to load with the following error:
Fatal error: Class ‘Mage_Jmbasetheme_Helper_Data’ not found in /home/***********l/public_html/store/app/Mage.php on line 547
Could someone please help us asap to get our store up and running.

I believe our support ticket it SUPPORT-8877, if anyone has any recommendations for ways to resolve this, please let me know.
It seems that the JM Base Theme is still not installed in your site and it causes this error. Please try to have it installed.
