I can not configure this module on line (Remote Mode). any idea ?
and there is a difference between the separate modules(mage_ext) and quickstart version in ( localhost)

It should be the same. Where did you download this slideshow module, it should be the ‘JM Slideshow V2’ http://easycaptures.com/fs/uploaded/565/5439244630.png
