Actually updating to Magento 1.8.1.0 + JM Haga + All JM extensions at localhost.
Trying to access admin->Joomlart->JM Tabs leads to a fatal error.
There is a bug fix for that but it seems not provided in the actual JM Haga files.

I also had problems with Magento 1.8.1.0 + Haga JM + JM Tabs v1.1.8. We await a solution …
