We have used JM Mega Menu 1.0.3 in enterprise edition. Its working perfectly. In the downloaded files it seems you have extended Mage_Eav_Model_Entity_Collection_Abstract in local code pool.
Its not advisable to extend code in local Mage code pool. We want to know are you using this for JM Mega Menu? If not we just remove this and go ahead.
If it is used in JM Mega Menu where it is used? Please let us know.
