I tried to check via admin but it seems I will need the SSH and FTP to detect in the code why it does not show in front-end.
Please share me the SSH and FTP via email. I will help you detect soon.

Where are the pre-installed menu that came with the extension. I don’t see them anymore. Also, I cannot see the far left of my admin when I log in.
