Migration is stuck on Step 8 (86% COMPLETED)
Following is the error showing in the error log:
[22-Sep-2020 08:47:52 UTC] PHP Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 134217728 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 4096 bytes) in /home/tractortoolmage2/public_html/pub/ub-tool/yii-1.1.22/db/CDbCommand.php on line 508
.user.ini and php.ini already have memory_limit 1024M
Please let me know, what could be wrong.

Let’s continue with data migration in step #8 by running the following CLI command:
php -d memory_limit=-1 -f bin/ubdatamigration run --step=8
And tell me to know how it goes.
