Our client has about 412 products we imported, and all the categories, and attributes were all successfully migrated.
There was a part in the tutorial video that had me move the images from 1.x, to the new 2.x site, but even after clearing the cache and re-indexing, the products have the default “blank” magento icon image.

Yes, I moved all media files over, cleared the cache, and re-indexed, and checked permissions.

After some troubleshooting, we figured it out, it was an issue on our end. The media folder we moved was out of date.
