I did a full reset of all steps and ran the migration.
It seems a few thousand products have come over with their M1 ID number in the sku (before the actual sku)
Appearing like this as a sku code :- 78128_DT007223
Not sure why and doesn’t really seem to be a pattern.
Any ideas?

That was because your M2 database had existing products which had the same SKU with M1 products.
