Quickinstall does not show full website url after

I got this error message below while using bookshop quickstart.v.1.9.1.1.zip installation media for my live website.
The URL “http://www.clarkepublish.com/eStore/” is not accessible. Unable to read response, or response is empty

I did a google search and found a solution so i checked the box that says “Skip Base URL Validation Before the Next Step”, and the product installed well without issue. The site does not come up when i type in the full website name. Is there any changes needed to be done? Please respond ASAP as customer needs this so fast!
