i installed the jm_trex theme,but the 3th subcategories didnt show on homepage.and why the homepage 2th subcategories difference with admin panel. i try to make the change from admin panel,but it was not work.please help me

This is theme free and we are limit the support. You can buy the services if you want customize something.
