I am running Magento 1.9.1.0 along with the LeatherCraft theme. I am still at the point of just getting the theme installed along with the various extensions before I begin to customize it to better match the look and feel that I am wanting. I am running into a problem with the homepage not having the black to transparent gradient at the top of the page before the user scrolls. It will briefly appear when you scroll but quickly disappears. It appears that all of the other extensions are loading correctly.
Additionally, I am having a problem where the active category is in brown (or whatever color profile is chosen for the site) when you are on that category’s page. On the demo site, the links stay white until you hover over them.
Thank you,
Harrison

I just realized that the black gradient was not being done through CSS but instead by the images themselves. I have since modified my images to have a black gradient at the top and it looks a lot better. I am still wondering about the CSS issues, what might be causing them, but it looks like I am on my way.

Hi Niel,
We are used the image because some browser not support good with css3. If you really want use css i think some browsers will now support.
Please let me know what your think.

Ziven,
Doing the black gradient with an image isn’t a problem at all! I completely understand the fact that some browsers do not support the CSS feature being the reason to just simplify it and use an image. It just took me a little bit to realize it while looking at the template.
Do you know why the CSS on the mega menu extension is not matching what is on the demo in regards to the links not staying White when you are on that categories page?
Thank you,
Harrison
