Hi there,

m2:http://prntscr.com/jovpxb
m1:http://prntscr.com/jovq84

That is strange, I need a closer look to detect the root of issue as you mentioned. Let’s provide me information about your instance:
Does it happens with all migrated products?
+ Admin credentials and URL of the back-end site
+ SSH credentials and path to the Magento2 folder
+ Product SKUs with the issue as you mentioned
I will help to check further and get back you soon.
Regards,
Mall.

Hi there,

 m2:http://prntscr.com/jovpxb
m1:http://prntscr.com/jovq84

I have checked your instances and found the root of that issue as follows:
The product you mentioned (sku:SDCAQXX-PD00) has the entity_id = 10206.
And that product has a missing value of the product attribute code ‘url_key’ from your M1’s database. You could learn more via this screenshot: http://i.prntscr.com/A2lo_ugIQ6eujOvjfpw0Sw.png
And that is the root of the issue you mentioned.
Please check again.
Regards,
Mall.

Hi there,
It seems you submitted the new question at the same time with our reply #3. Please help to check our reply #3 again.
As explained, it is not a delta migration issue. The screenshot we provided (http://i.prntscr.com/A2lo_ugIQ6eujOvjfpw0Sw.png) was captured from your M1 database.
You can check again at your end.

Hi there,
It’s pity our Pro version supports Magento CE only. We stated clearly on the Magento versions we support in the product page here.
For your convenience, we include the info below:

The tool supports the following Magento versions:

  • Magento CE 1.x: 1.6.0.2 and later, 1.7.x, 1.8.x, 1.9.x
  • Magento CE 2.0.0 and later

We’re sorry for not being of much help under this case.

Hi there,
As explained in our previous reply, Magento EE is a different instance which our Pro version does not support. We’re terribly sorry that this is beyond scope we can provide assistance.
Thanks for your understanding.
