zopim activation

hi,
I am trying to implement zopim in my site for live chat.
usualy I am creating a static block with a code like

and then I am creating a widget that run it in page header.
unfortunately this is not working with sporty template.
Could you give me a workaround?

I have seen that you are using zopim in your proper site too.
