Hi, i have installed magento 2 and used your migrate tool. Installation and migration is all ok, products exists but not showing in frontend. I think there is a problem with Attribute Set but i don’t know how to solve it.
Then, my website is very very slow after migrate. I have varnish cache, reindexed and cache cleaned but is always slow both backend and frontend.

We wonder which version of migration tool you’ve been using? We could not keep track of your payment associated with your profile.
We have an old script on Github which we no longer maintained. If you use this Lite version, it uses codebase as well, and available for Magento 2.0.7 only. Hence, the Lite version is for testing only.

If you use our UB Data Migration Lite version on Magento 2.0.7, please provide us your admin and SSH credentials (with root permission) and let us know the path of your web root folder, we will debug further.

but I also need clients and orders and is not possible the Lite version but $ 399 are really too many

Actually,the price $399 is a discounted rate already. It took us huge resources to develop our Pro version to this phase, with various bug fixes and improvements. Especially our latest V3 version has been completely overhauled, with revamped codebase for better performance and ready for big data and other improvement.
