I purchased themes and extensions July of 2019 and now when I log in all my downloads disappear and my download tab is just empty. How do I retrieve my purchase and download the product that I purchase?

Hi Danny,
We’ve checked and seen that your subscription has expired since July 22, 2020. Due to the limitation of our current system, the download is available for an active subscription.
You can still use our products that you did download before. In case you do not keep a copy of such product, please let us know which item you want, we will share a copy of that product accordingly.
