Hi viertelpunkt,
The problem seem to related to the permission or the .htaccess file on your magento root folder, you can pm me your url, admin account and the FTP Info as well as , I will take a look to detect what was wrong.
I have installed all extensions and the 404 error comes only at the basetheme extension. If I installed this extension the frontend and the settings in the backend opens a 404 site. Can someone help please?
hi viertelpunkt,
Did you try to logout and then re-login after installing an extension ? you can pm me your url, the admin account as well as the FTP Info for further checking.
yes i have login and logout have saved the admin role new.
The strange thing is if i make a user role that have only permissions to the jm extensions (Basetheme and Megamenu for example) and login with that user the two menu catories ae in the Magento Backend menu but without dropdown.
I have send you a private message. Thanks for your help
Hi viertelpunkt,
It’s hard to check out the problem if your site still in local, if possible you can move it to a live server then pm me your url, the admin account as well as the FTP info and I Will check it further for you

I’m having the same issue you had with the frontend 404 and some backend areas 404 as well.
Were they able to fix this for you? All the other extensions installed are fine. It’s just the jmbasetheme.
Just hoping you can shed some light.
Thanks,
