I installed the extension and I get the “UB Data Migration Pro” option on the left, in the control panel. However, when I click on it, it just gives the page not found error.
Whoops, our bad…
The page you requested was not found, and we have a fine guess why.
If you typed the URL directly, please make sure the spelling is correct.
If you clicked on a link to get here, the link is outdated.
Please help!

Hi riprod,
It seems your server is nginx? If yes, let’s follow the guide to setting more for nginx server in the reame.txt file included.

Just found the issue. Thanks. It was permissions.
running the following, solved the issue
find pub/ub-tool/ -type d -exec chmod 755 {} +;
find pub/ub-tool/ -type f -exec chmod 644 {} +;
