There is a problem with the add to cart button on the home page. For example, this is our development site…http://ensuregroup.ca/develop/ When you click on the add to cart button for the Nikon D3200 sometimes it will take you to the page that says that Shopping Cart is empty. It works again after the cache has been flushed but this is a problem. Customers need to be able to use this feature without admin monitoring the cache on a constant basis.
This problem is happening everyday and periodically through out the day.
Can you please tell me why this is happening and how to fix it?

Hi Tracey,
Please try to change permission in the var. chmod -777 in this folder. I think the problem from access write in the var permission.

Sorry…this is still an issue. We have tried changing the permission as you requested but still no luck. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

To handle your case, i have added more tweak code to the php files at path:
app/code/local/JoomlArt/JmProducts/Block/List.php
and
app/code/local/JoomlArt/JmProductsSlider/Block

I just check on your site. And I see it still working fine. You can’t add to cart one product if this product has the option that why you need go to detail product and choice option first when you want to add product. This is logic from Magento and it still working fine. I see all your product have an option.
