1) I must add the News Letter to block the front page of the site, "what is the procedure and what file I must change"
2) I want to remove the text ("(Absolute path or Relative to Magento install root) in the catalog. See the attachment is unnecessary.
I made a change to the file wizard.phtml but the text is still there. How to remove it

This text appears in the price description of the product
look at the attachemnt I have provided and you will see this sentence.
