Category / product urls are giving 404 in frontent

After a succesful datamigration with step 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 and 8, all products and categories are not reachable by their url.
The root category is assigned to the store and cache is cleaned and re-indexed, followed all instructions. What could possible be wrong and is this a known problem? I couldn’t find any solution yet on this forum.

Can you explain a bit more why this is suddenly not possible anymore?

Unfortunately our lead developer for the UB Data Migration Pro project has recently passed away due to illness. This unexpected loss has left our team without the necessary expertise to provide adequate support for the project.
We sincerely hope for your understanding in this situation.
