The way they show the directions obviously is not the case with this template. We have looked at the hints and files and can not find where in the template these links are brought into the site.

You still not understand? This is link call by default Magento from XML and please to go the link https://www.templatemonster.com/help/magento-how-to-change-footer-links.html to understand and change the link,
If you can’t change it please buy services from us I will move it to admin for you.
